You think the sun is not gonna come up today?

«»☀️

This is what Grandmaster Chia's Master, Yi Eng, told him when he was a student and tried to skip at least one day of practice. He said: «Just look at the sun, if the sun comes up, you practice. The sun goes down, you rest. And one day, if the sun doesn't come up, you don't have to do practice».

Master Yi Eng (whose name means White Cloud) transmitted to Master Chia the nine levels of Taoist internal spiritual cultivation. In his youth, Yi Eng decided to go to the mountains, where he practiced and searched for Masters to teach him the secrets of the Tao. Finally, he met his Master and learned the whole system that he passed on to Master Chia.

It was also Master Yi Eng who told Master Chia to teach this incredible ancient wisdom to the Chinese first and then to Westerners.

It took many generations of Masters and hundreds of years of practice to create and refine the nine practical stages of Taoist Inner alchemy🙏🏻

And, of course, we know that practicing can be a challenge… especially when you are practicing on your own, without any external motivation.

It is a big challenge to practice regularly, with no excuses or days off: when the sun comes up and you are already practicing. Do you agree with that?

If you are an advanced practitioner and you've already participated in Master Chia workshops on Lesser Kan & Li, Greater Kan & Li, Greatest Kan & Li and the Sealing of the 5 Senses, today we have the perfect solution to help you dive deeper into practice and maintain a good everyday routine.

You can join the Review Classes with our Senior Instructors, who have spent years mastering the Universal Healing Tao practices under the guidance of Grandmaster Mantak Chia: Jutta Kellenberger-Reichert, Thomas Hicklin and Dr Andrew Jan. They are experts in their field and have helped Master Chia evaluate instructors at Tao Garden training retreats.
