Ovarian Breathing: Taoist Practice for Women’s Vitality

So many women today feel disconnected from their own bodies — caught in stress, fatigue, and hormonal imbalance. We long for more vitality, yet modern life often pulls us away from our natural feminine power.
What if the key to radiance, energy, and deep emotional balance was already inside you? 🌹
Grandmaster Mantak Chia teaches ancient female Taoist practice known as Ovarian Breathing.
It is designed to awaken, circulate, and transform the creative energy stored in a woman’s ovaries — the very source of life-force. When practiced regularly, it tones the pelvic diaphragm, nourishes the organs, and restores a sense of inner harmony🙏🏻
🌸 Ovarian Breathing — Step by Step👇🏻
1. Find your posture
Sit comfortably on the edge of a chair with your feet flat on the ground, about shoulder-width apart. Keep your spine tall but relaxed. Release any tension with a gentle smile inside.
2. Locate the Ovarian Palace
Place your thumbs on the navel and let your index fingers form a triangle. Spread your little fingers — they will rest over the area of your ovaries. This is your Ovarian Palace. Bring your awareness there.
3. Awaken the energy
Gently rub the ovarian area until you feel warmth. As you breathe, lightly contract and release the vagin@l muscles (the P-C muscle), like the petals of a flower opening and closing🌹Notice any sensations — warmth, tingling, swelling.
4. Sip the breath
Inhale a small sip of air and draw energy into the Ovarian Palace. Feel the energy gathering there, becoming more vibrant with every breath✨
5. Guide the flow
Take another sip of air and gently pull the energy downward toward the perineum by contracting the lips of the v@gina. Then slightly lift the front of the perineum so the energy travels there. Hold your awareness at this first station.
6. Circulate and store
Continue this cycle with slow, mindful breaths. Feel the ovaries producing energy, the breath guiding it, and the gentle contractions circulating it through your pelvic diaphragm. After a few rounds, always guide the energy back to the navel — a safe and spacious place to store your vital force.
💡 Never rush. Let warmth and subtle sensations be your guide.
This is a meditation in movement, a loving dialogue with your own body❤️
This practice is gentle, yet profoundly transformative. With patience, it becomes a lifelong ally for women seeking balance, beauty, and empowerment from within⭐️
