Place your hands in the navel, on your sexual center.

Form your palms into a triangle and find your sexual center.

Your breath moves toward your sexual center each time you breathe. Connecting with your sexual energies can be as simple as turning your attention inward and just noticing the way your breath. Now, deepen your breath.

After doing this practice 9 times, you will feel how Qi energy, life force, fills your sexual center.
